OUR STANDARDS
We can offer higher limits based on your personal financial condition and other factors, but we will not offer lower limits than our minimum standard limits.
We will only offer auto & homeowners’ insurance as a package/bundle.
- PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE
We require everyone’s current driver’s license photo. We also require current insurance policy.
Minimum & Standard Policy Limits
- Bodily injury/Property Damage minimum limits
- $100,000 each person/$300,000 per accident
- $100,000 Property Damage
- Medical payment – $25,000
- Uninsured & Underinsured motorists – $100,000 each person/$300,000 accident
- Physical Damage Deductibles – Comprehensive & collision – $500. Higher Deductible can be requested.
- Rental Reimbursement – $40/day
- Roadside Assistance
- If the vehicle is 2 yrs. or newer, we will offer new car replacement/gap coverage. Regardless of Loan or not. You have the option to reject it.
- HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
We will not offer less than 100% replacement cost as Dwelling Coverage A.
- Minimum Deductible – $1,000 for dwelling coverage A – $750,000 – $1,000,000
- Minimum Deductible – $2,500 for dwelling coverage A – $1,000,000 – $1,500,000
- Sewer/Water back up – $10,000 – UP TO $100,000
- Service Line
- Equipment breakdown or similar
- Personal Liability – Minimum $300,000
- PERSONAL UMBRELLA LIABILITY
We will offer Personal Umbrella Liability to provide coverage over auto and/or homeowners insurance liability. You, as a customer, have the option to accept or reject this offer.
Minimum – $1,000,000 with Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists coverage included.
